The classrooms are well equipped with modern imported chairs for comfortable seating with uninterrupted power supply through UPS & GENSET. Each class room is provided with a LCD projector display and audio.
There are more than 135 (75 – hp & 60 N- Computing) high-speed personal computers connected over the campus LAN under the latest Network Operating Systems running on the servers. A very high capacity network storage facility that is integrated with an automated data backup and recovery system caters to the data storage requirement of all the users.
ASBEX has fully air conditioned halls, which serve as an excellent setting for student meetings & faculty meetings. These rooms can accommodate up to 20 people, and are used for activities like group discussions and mock interviews.
Library is the soul of any institution. It is a center of acquiring, processing, preserving and disseminating information to the user community with the motto of enriching knowledge. ASBEX library has well trained staff to enrich the user community with a wide range of academic resources such as books, periodicals, online periodicals, databases, back volumes, CDs/DVDs, project reports, audio / video cassettes, and question banks. The library has an impressive collection of around 2100 books that cover all contemporary management literature. It has annual subscriptions to 16 national and international journals and magazines.
ASBEX has an air conditioned auditorium with occupancy of 200 students specifically meant for conducting seminars and corporate interactions in person and through video conferencing as well.

The campus cafeteria is a welcome refreshing Centre for the staff and students during the tea break and lunch interval. Steam-cooked, delicious, hygienic, sumptuous food is served at a moderate cost. A new annexure has been added to the existing canteen to make it more convenient and comfortable for day scholars. The spacious cafeteria is a great on-campus place to hang out which includes a canteen that serves full meals or snacks at reasonable prices.

Students commute to the institution by college buses. Buses ply from the college to various places.
ASBEX has ample facilities for sports and indoor/outdoor Outdoor games facilities are available in the campus for Volley Ball, Shuttle and Cricket. We have an indoor hall for Carom, Chess and thus creating comradeship and team spirit among graduates, by promoting sports activities.
All students are provided with comfortable rooms. A separate hostel facilities for boys & girls are available on campus with sufficient numbers of twin sharing rooms. The rooms are fully furnished with all amenities. The rooms have excellent facilities such as air conditioner (optional) attached toilets, separate reading tables and separate cupboards for sorting the student’s belongings. All required facilities with round the clock security have been provided. Nutrition and hygienic food is provided which includes breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. Special training has been provided for the hostellers to improve the communication and professional skills.
