Prof. Subir Verma is Professor in Behavioral Sciences & Dean–Academics at IIM Ranchi. He has more than 22 years of research, teaching, training and consulting experience at reputed institutions such as MDI, Gurgaon and Delhi University. He was also a visiting faculty at ESCP-Europe, Paris and at IIM Indore. Prof. Verma has consulted on Organization Restructuring, Organization Transformation and Competency Based Leadership Development for several reputed private and public sector organizations. He has also been an active trainer on Team Building and Leadership. Prof. Verma has authored 3 books viz, “Towards the Next Orbit” (Sage Publications, 2010), “Organizing and Managing in the era of Globalization” (Sage Publications, 2010) and “Towards boundary less HR (Excel Publishers, 2009). Currently he is writing another book titled POWERGRID: Odyssey to Greatness (Sage Publications). Prof.Verma has presented his research papers in numerous international conferences. He is on the editorial board of the International Strategic Management Association’s official Journal and on the Executive Board of APROS. He is also a member of AOM, ISA and NHRDN.
Mr. Kannan an alumini of College of Engineering Guindy and XLRI Jameshedpur is Founder and CEO of Seer7 Timeless Solutions (www.seer7.com). He was earlier Vice President & Head – Learning & Analytics, MphasiS, Bangalore, Center Manager – Credit Cards, Coimbatore and later founding-member of the Sales Governance team at Mumbai for Standard Chartered Bank, Product Sales Manager, Parsec Technologies, Chennai and Business Analyst, HCL Infosystems, Noida and Chennai. He has found great inspiration from the Tamil classic, Thirukkural, and from Gandhian thoughts, and wants to use them both to inspire youth to become righteous, compassionate and effective leaders.
