Agni School of Business Excellence (ASBEX) is promoted by Agni Knowledge Foundation, which is governed by its board of trustees, headed by Chairman Dr.P.Kanniappan, Former Vice-Chancellor of Alagappa University, Karaikudi and B.S.Adbdur Rahman University, Chennai and Managing Trustee Mrs. K. Vallinayaki, Social Activist & Mr. P.K. Parthasarathi, Vice-Chairman. The board is assisted by Governing Council comprised of eminent academic and industry personnel.
